Emily grew up in Northern Virginia and has over twenty years of financial service industry experience. She began her career as a Branch Operations Manager at a local bank, prior to joining Virginia Asset Group in 2010. Emily was hired as a Client Service Representative, and was later promoted to the position of Senior Client Service Representative, then Corporate Vice President, and most recently to Chief Financial Officer. She believes it is her privilege to assist clients, as well to work behind the scenes within the internal operations of Virginia Asset Group. She currently holds her Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, as well as her personal insurance licenses for life and health, and property and casualty.
Emily lives in Suffolk with her husband Adam and their four children, Jayson, Kailyn, Juliana, and Lily. Their oldest, Jayson currently attends Radford University. They are active members of Coastal Virginia Church, where they enjoy working with the hospitality and children’s ministries. Emily is also involved in several other organizations, including the Wounded Warrior Project, which offers a variety of programs, services, and events for our nation’s wounded veterans. When Emily is not spending time with her family, she enjoys running and training for local races.
